Outcome Channel

Outcome Channel is an optional integration. Diary Tools links contacts only to its Channels.

Connect

1. Open Integrations → Outcome Channel.
2. Click Connect Outcome Channel and sign in to that service.
3. Choose Channel labels when editing a contact, or select Channels in Gmail inbox settings for automatic classification using their names and descriptions.

Diary Tools and Outcome Channel have separate accounts and subscriptions. The connection belongs to your Diary Tools subscription.

Without a connection, Channel label controls are hidden and classification is skipped. Contacts, research and Gmail sync continue to work. If the integration becomes unavailable, email ingestion continues.

Disconnect on the same integration page. Existing associations are retained but hidden until you reconnect.
