Getting started

Diary Tools keeps one shared contacts table for your subscription. Connect multiple Gmail inboxes, keep received and sent message history together, and enrich contacts with public research.

Set up your workspace

  1. Sign in and open Contacts to add or edit people.
  2. Open Gmail and connect an inbox. Add more inboxes as needed.
  3. Optionally connect Outcome Channel to label contacts with Channels.
  4. Connect an MCP client to search contacts, update details and read synced calendar data.

Contacts with the same email address are merged across inboxes. The contacts table shows which inboxes each person came from, and you can filter by inbox. Manual and LinkedIn contacts can have no source inbox.

Diary Tools reads email passively. Send and manage email in your email client; sent messages are picked up by the next sync.
