Getting Started
Diary Tools is a contacts CRM for the people you actually know. It syncs Gmail, enriches contacts with public research, connects to AI agents over MCP, and optionally links work to Outcome Channel.
The product lives at app.diary.tools. This site is the marketing and documentation home.

Diary Tools is currently in beta. Request access on the beta signup page. When your account is ready, you will get login details for the portal.

Your first project
After login you land in a project — a workspace for contacts, Gmail, and outbound mail. Most accounts start with a personal project. You can add more projects later from the portal.
Inside a project you will find:
- Contacts — people you track, with CRM fields and message history
- Gmail — connect an inbox for sync and drafts
- Outbound — drafts created from Diary Tools
- Integrations — MCP keys, Outcome Channel, and related settings
Suggested next steps
- Add a few contacts you already know.
- Connect Gmail so messages sync into those contacts.
- Optionally connect Outcome Channel for outcome linking and triage.
- Create an agent API key and wire up the MCP server if you use AI agents.
- Install the Chrome extension to pull LinkedIn profiles into contacts.
- Try OSINT research on a contact when you want public-context enrichment.
