Chrome Extension

The Diary Tools Chrome extension sends LinkedIn profile and messaging thread data into your Diary Tools contacts. It uses the same account and subscription as the web portal.

Install

Search for Diary Tools in the Chrome Web Store (Chrome extensions directory) and install the official extension when you find it.

A public store listing link will be added here once it is published. Until then, search the directory by name.

What it does

On LinkedIn:

• Profile pages — create or update a contact from the profile
• Messaging — append messages to the matching contact

You sign in with your Diary Tools account, enter the project id (slug) you want to send into, then use Send to Diary Tools. You can add optional notes on the way.

Tips

• Use the same project slug you see in the portal (for example personal).
• Pair the extension with Gmail sync so email and LinkedIn context land on the same contacts.
• After sending a profile, open the contact in app.diary.tools to edit fields or run OSINT.
